Order Process
What happens after I place my order?
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We do our very best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday via FedEx Ground service or USPS. Regardless of what day your package is shipped, it will be moving toward you seven days a week—not sitting in a truck over the weekend. Whenever / Whatever you buy on the internet, make sure you find out what the shipping charges are before you finalize your sale! Including shipping, the "Topper" award for the highest price so far is - drum roll - please..... $4.95 for a Single (one) Mighty Leaf tea pouch! At CCTC we are Reasonable - we have Free Shipping, Discount Shipping and Reasonable Shipping!

For FedEx shipments, we add $1.00 to our discounted FedEx costs! We give you our discounted price and only charge $1.00 for the shipping materials: boxes, labels, packing materials, etc.

For U.S.P.S. shipments, the S&H charges are about the same. We have FREE Shipping for the Mini Tea Sampler of 3 tea pouches. Our S&H fee for 15 Mighty Leaf Tea pouches is $3.17 to anywhere in the USA! According to our last survey - that makes us the best price on the entire Internet !!

Shipping - Local: Free Delivery Area - "FDA"

Shipping - Packages Returned as Undeliverable

Our customers are our most important asset ! We take great care in packing everything we send out with the following steps:

** Add plenty of cushioning material to all items and extra cardboard packing for Gift Tins.

** Before sealing each package, we do the "gentle shake test" to make sure the package contents are stationary.

** Cut & paste the address from the order sheet or use the Paypal address to eliminate transposed numbers, etc.

** Use computer printer generated shipping labels - not hand-written which may be illegible or incorrectly written.

** Apply more than ample packing tape to the package.

** Cover the entire shipping label with clear tape, to ensure the shipping address is not distorted, if by chance the package is exposed to rain at some point after it leaves our office.

Bad address / Undeliverable Package Policy:

** Packages that are returned to our office because of a bad address will be re-shipped for a 50/50 split of the Shipping & Handling costs. We will add a Special Invoice for the S&H on the website and upon payment, will resend the package. After shipping literally thousands of packages, we are thankful that we have only had two returned because of a bad address.

** If you decide to cancel the order, we will refund your full purchase price, minus the actual shipping & handling charges. Back to Top

Thawte Security Certificate - Date Info

Here is a minor detail for the engineers in the crowd. There are times when the date on the Security Certificate is off by one day. Answer: Thawte uses Greenwich, England / GMT as the time function to set the date on the seal. GMT is five hours ahead of EST or Eastern Standard Time. So, at 7:00pm the date changes to the next day.

Greenwich, England has been the home of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) since 1884. GMT is sometimes called Greenwich Meridian Time because it is measured from the Greenwich Meridian Line at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. It is the place from where all time zones are measured. Back to Top
